thanksgiving is over for this canadian, but that's not going to stop me from eating one of my favorite vegetables! this looks amazing.

The combo of pecans, pecorino and brussel sprouts sounds wonderful! I don't prepare brussel sprouts very often but from your picture, I plan on giving this a try soon!
