I really hope that we are both living in Chicago at the same time at least for a little while. I would be very happy to be able to enjoy a few dinner parties with you!

Great photos Gemma! loved the recipe...We actually use and grow "annato seeds" in Panama too. We call it achiote. It is sold in supermarkets in seed and paste form. I also know it is used as herbal medicine to cure skin allergies :)
