Went out for the lamest run ever this morning. My stomach has been feeling pretty questionable the last two days, so I, uh-- didn't want to get too far from home. I basically jogged around the neighborhood for 20 minutes. I guess it is good to get out, and it was a lovely morning, but I can't help feeling like it was a waste of time and that I need to get better mileage in. Though, I know it is good not to push it when I fell under the weather.
